If you have a jumble of subjects and chapters and hours and days, now is the time to straighten it out. Now is the time to bring back to the study plan that we kept aside in the earlier step. Map out all the chapters under each subject heading. Write down the number of hours and the assigned day with each chapter.

The way you arrange the subjects depends on your preferences. You can arrange them on the basis of difficulty with the most difficult ones coming earlier and the easy ones later. Or you can pair the easy ones with the difficult ones to create a balance.
