Some companies have a section in their FAQs that claims they don’t give out coupons or samples.  However, there’s a way to get around this.

Contact a company to say that you love their products. Highlight a particular product, and explain how you and your family used it. Sometimes companies send coupons to loyal users.

Alternately, you can contact the company to complain about a bad experience you had. They’ll want to keep you as a customer, so they might offer coupons, promo codes, or samples to keep you happy.
