Avoid things that stress you out whenever possible. Some stressful things – like your crazy mother-in-law and your rude boss – can’t always be avoided, so work on managing how you cope with them. This might take some practice. By “some”, we mean “a lot” – but just know that it’s totally worth it
If you find it hard to manage stress on your own, talk to a counselor or practice meditation. You may also want to consider a treatment plan, either natural or pharmaceutical, for your stress.
