A customer at a Starbucks in St. Petersburg, Florida, decided to pay it forward by purchasing a cup of coffee for the customer behind her in the drive thru. Her random act of kindness inspired the next customer to buy a cup of coffee for the customer behind him, and so on. More than 750 customers participated in the chain of kindness at Starbucks.

The chain was broken by blogger Peter Schorsch, but he tipped the baristas $100. We don’t know about you, but heartwarming stories make us feel all warm and fuzzy inside.
