Use the what? For those of you who don’t know, the Pomodoro Technique was developed in the 80s to assist people in time-management. What you do here is that you break down your work time into smaller intervals called the pomodoros. Each pomodoro should ideally be of 25 minutes, accompanied by a five-minute break. After every set of four pomodoros, there’s a longer break of 15 minutes.

So, by using this technique, you can give yourself more time while also retaining breaks to relax between intervals. Using this technique will help you focus better and prevent distractions that disrupt the study process.
