Your sweetie might not have become a billionaire after playing Powerball numbers, but it’s not too late to win the lottery of love. Make a homemade love lottery ticket with a few ordinary materials.

Supplies

• 5 x 7 blank note card
• Colored cardstock
• Silver paint
• Dish soap
• White crayon
• Paintbrush
• Glue
• Scissors
• Pen
• Heart-shaped or circle stickers
• Ribbon, glitter, markers, and anything else you want to decorate the card with

Use the 5 x 7 card and cardstock to create a romantic design for the ticket.

Place several stickers at the bottom and use the pen to write naughty or nice surprises, such as “Massage,” “Dinner,” or “No chores.”

Color over each circle with white crayon.

Create a mixture that’s 2 parts paint and 1 part dish soap and use it to paint over the stickers. This creates the silvery scratch-off area similar to what you find on store-bought lottery tickets.

Let dry for at least one hour, longer if needed.
