It is a common misconception among some people that to lose weight, they need to gulp down all the beverages out there. Firstly, the alcoholic drinks are a big no no. Secondly, the fruit juices you buy from your local store are not healthy at all.
They are not extracted from natural fruits and are full of sugar and artificial flavors. A very small percentage of the serving comprises of fresh fruit (if at all). Also, substituting food with drinks is not a good idea since drinking enough nutrients would still call for more as compared to eating them in solid form.
