It would seem that working out is the best way to get healthy, but too much of a good thing can actually be really bad for you as well. Studies have shown that excessive workouts can have a detrimental effect on you, since your body will go into stress mode, and will damage the skin’s collagen.
The absence of collagen from your body means that you will be more liable to get wrinkles. So make sure that you keep your workouts in check and remember to always use that rest day.
